I don't call, I don't write...

So I’ve been away a while.  I haven’t written anything and it’s getting beyond frustrating to ridiculous.  Next stage I’ll be sitting in a dark room, listening to the bands I listened to ten years ago and wonder how I got so uninspired and so unfulfilled.  Urgh.  I hate my writing temperament.  It mimics junkie behaviour.  The high, the low, the need, the depression, the ‘Oh My God, nothing is ever going to be this good!’ feeling when I get that spark…

 

Thus, I turn to fandom, open arms and weeping.  I need to finish both the Grey’s and HP fics.  I will not get a good nights sleep til I do.  Maybe once they’re resolved I can do some original stuff.  Maybe.  Or start another FF.
 

And I think the best way to help this is with a good ol’ meme:
 

I’ll drabble away for the first five people to leave a comment.  I’ll need from your wonderful brains: 

1.  Fandom (HP, Grey’s/PP really, but may be able to do others.)

2.  Pairing (Has to be femmeslashy – been too long since I’ve written het.  Too, too long)

3.  Place

4.  ‘Inciting incident’ or a line of dialogue.

 

And perhaps anything else you want to spoon feed me ;)

 

Because what am I doing otherwise?  Helping my sister with her (homework) Uni Literature Review which is due at noon tomorrow.  I am the Queen of Night-Before-Essay-Writing.  I’ve instructed her (in a way that made her say ‘Pfft, you ever thought of being a teacher?’ *facepalm*  Like you’re the first person to tell me that.) to make a plan and I’ll be down in 45 minutes to help her write it in fancy smancy words.  (Not that smancy is any kind of word…)

Anyway… Someone beckon me out of my funk before I find some awful compilation CD from 1997.

I am absolutely going to *try* to do better. It will be finished, can't leave a WIP. Wouldn't leave our girls hanging. I just need to get back in the zone... Got a human catapult? ;)
